Eirgar is great since he's a damage dealer, buffer, and healer at the same time. In the early game you want to focus on his survivability. Make sure you give him enough HP so he can survive the runs. As you get later in to the game, you can start adding more damage onto him. Ideally he'll do a lot of damage while supporting your team.
